On Saturday, Clemson football goes to Syracuse prepared to record its first ACC victory to cap a difficult month of September.
The Tigers lost to Florida State in overtime at home last week, dropping to 0-2 in the ACC despite controlling the game for the majority of the time.
Syracuse defeated Army last week by a score of 29-16 to start ACC play at 4-0. This season, the Orange have also triumphed at Purdue.
The past two seasons have had one-score games between these two teams, both of which Clemson won.

Clemson will face Syracuse on Saturday, with the game televised on ABC. Dave Pasch and Dusty Dvoracek will call the game from the booth in JMA Wireless Dome, with Tom Luginbill reporting from the sidelines.
The Tigers and Orange will kick off at JMA Wireless Dome at Noon Saturday.
